Please keep in mind that decorated pacifiers are handmade items & MUST be treated with lots of TLC. To clean gently wipe the inside of the shield & nipple with a baby wipe. You can also use a wet paper towel with a small amount of gentle antibacterial soap. Be careful when rinsing not to submerge as the nipple could fill with water. Do not get the centerpieces or other embellishments wet. Do not store in tight or cluttered space. The friction could loosen the embellishments. Do not attempt to take your pacifier apart. They are glued together to increase durability. Do not expose to extreme cold or heat.

All items, unless otherwise specified, ship within 2 weeks of purchase date. Please note we are located in the USA. Minnesota is subject to sales tax. All prices are USD. We typicially ship once per week on Wednesday, sometimes on Thursdays. Most items are shipped via USPS First Class within 2 weeks of purchase, bondage gear ships within 4 weeks. We have our next ship date listed on the top left corner on the website. This is only for premade pacifiers, onesies, bottles, bulk pacifiers & supplies. Anything made to order will take longer, between 10 days for a pacifier & 4 weeks for a bondage gear item. Once orders have been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not recieve tracking, check your spam folder. If it's not there, reach out to us & we will provide it for you. USA Shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive, once shipped. Please keep in mind that holidays & weather & other circumstances can affect these shipping times. International shipping can take up to 12 weeks to arrive depending on your country's customs system. Buyer is responsible for any/all tolls or customs fee upon delivery. If you are in international buyer, signing up for tracking updates is recommended. Keep in mind there are serious delays currently, especially to Austraila & South Africa. Please keep in mind you could be waiting several months for delivery to anywhere outside of the USA & this is out of our control. If you have any questions about your order, once shipped, please contact your local postal service. Sometimes tracking numbers do not update online, never fear, contact your local postal service & they should be able to help you. We will not be able to help you with tracking down your package once shipped, it is out of our hands. Unless you'd like to to purchase insured shipping, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking says "Delivered" we will not refund or replace your order. However, if your order was damaged during shipment, please provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving your product & we will either repair it or send you a replacement free of charge. If you are international you will recieve a refund as long as your have proof that it was damaged DURING shipment. Buyer is responsible for all duty fees & import taxes.

Because of the nature of our products, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you product was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence & we will either refund or replace your damaged product. We are NOT responsible for repairs on items your damage yourself, only damage that happens in transit. We are unable to replace nipples on full deco items as they are fully glued together. If you are a chewer & want to be able to replace your nipple from time to time, you must order a custom & request this option. Keep in mind this will make the deco less durable. This is noted in each listing. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

We use Beacon Gem Tac Glue. It's a non toxic, super adhesive. This can be purchased at your local craft store & many online retailers. Our pacifiers are from Micolan Silicone & latex & BPA free. All cabochons & resin pieces are either custom madeby us, made from local suppliers in the United States & Canada or purchased from retailers such as Ebay & Alibaba.
